4. Q form (USM Participants Only)

CANCELLATION POLICY

You MUST notify the conference secretariat of all cancellations. All requests for cancellation MUST be in writing and postmarked, and the policy for refunds are as follows:

By no later than 30th July 2021 to receive a 50% reimbursement of the registration fee.
We will process the refund after the conference.
